三门峡三星智能装备制造有限公司是一家以生产全自动铝锭铸造生产线、全自动打包机器人、全自动直角坐标码垛机器人、铝业模具及铸造机配件为产品的制造公司。公司成立于2000年10月，注册金额6000万元，位于三门峡湖滨区会兴产业区内，占地38.8亩，在建厂房9000余平方米，拟建研发中心3500平方米、检测中心1200平方米，目前拥有业内工作人员138名，其中高级工程师2人，工程师10人，技师12人。拥有车、铣、镗、钻、焊、线切割等各类先进生产设备40余台套，具备年产多套铝锭连续铸造机、全自动打包机器人、直角坐标码垛机器人和铸造机配件30000件的机械加工能力，2015年公司被认定为河南省高新技术企业。

创新始终是三星公司发展的主旋律，十余年来，公司致力于各种产品的改进和革新。在借鉴进口16吨/h铝锭连续铸造机的基础上，利用公司多年的铸机维修、改造经验，采用世界先进的PLC程序控制、光电控制技术及全自动在线计量、在线码垛、在线打包系统，先后研发出18吨/h、22吨/h、25吨/h、32吨/h铝锭连续铸造机系列产品，其中2009年研发的25吨/h铝锭连续铸造机采用的直角坐标机器人伺服堆垛系统、2012年研发的32吨/h铝锭连续铸造机及2014年12月研发的10KG合金锭型15t/h高速铸造机为国内设备，大大提高了铸机自动化程度，在装备制造过程中采取国际化采购模式，对市场上已经成熟应用的部件不作研发投入，采取品质优先的原则进行国际化采购，如电气产品取自德国西门子和美国AB、轴承、机器人取自Japan，这样的技术开发模式一方面节约大量的研发费用和时间，另一方面可以使公司产品达到国际公认的优良品质，2014年公司的产品顺利取得欧盟CE认证，为公司产品出口奠定良好基础。

公司2012年研发生产的的32吨/h铝锭连续铸造机和2014年研发生产的10KG合金锭型15t/h高速铸造机使中国铝锭连续铸造机的制造水平不仅改变了落后国外30多年的历史，而且也改变了使用厂家花费巨额外汇进口的现状。自此，国外同类设备再没有进入中国，而公司的产品开始走向世界。目前，三门峡三星公司已经出口土耳其ETI铝业公司全自动铝锭连续铸造机1台、全自动打包机器人1台、出口马来西亚齐力民都鲁铝业公司全自动铝锭连续铸造机2台、全自动打包机器人1台,由于我公司产品使用状况良好，今年马来西亚公司齐力民都鲁铝业公司又续订全自动铝锭连续铸造机5台、全自动打包机器人5台，并主动和我公司协商，要求在东南亚地区代理我公司产品。公司一年多来实现产品出口总值2000余万元，同时期进口国外部件300余万元。

2014年，公司为进一步提高铝锭连续铸造机的自动化水平，与全自动打包机生产厂家德国TITAN公司达成合作协议，合作生产全自动打包机器人，目前全自动打包机器人已经完成出厂测试，正式出口土耳其ETI铝业公司，和马来西亚齐力民都鲁铝业公司、新疆嘉润资源控股有限公司、新疆东方希望有色金属有限公司、内蒙古大唐国际再生资源开发有限公司等国内外铝业公司达成多台供货合同，公司成为河南重型打包机器人制造企业。
